Terms and Conditions for Event Registration

By registering for ANY Event hosted by .Chewy., you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Registration Requirements

All participants must complete the registration form accurately and in full to confirm their attendance.
Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by .Chewy. in writing.

2. Payment Policy

If the event requires a paid ticket, payment must be completed during registration.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (see Section 6).

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

.Chewy. reserves the right to modify event details (e.g., location, schedule, or content) or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the case of event cancellation, paid registrants will receive a full refund.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants and staff during the event.
Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

5. Liability

By participating in the event, attendees agree that .Chewy. is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and actions.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event date.
Refunds may be subject to processing fees, and certain tickets (e.g., VIP or promotional tickets) may be non-refundable.

7. Media Release

By attending, you grant .Chewy. permission to capture photographs, videos, or other media of the event that may include your likeness.
Media may be used for promotional purposes across .Chewy.’s platforms, unless you notify us in advance of your objection in writing.

8. Privacy Policy

Personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for event-related communication and purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes will be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.
