Terms and Conditions for the 1-Year Limited Warranty

 

1. Coverage:  

   .Chewy. guarantees that eligible products purchased from its platform will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.  

 

2. Scope:  

   This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects that adversely affect the functionality of the product.  

 

3. Exclusions:  

   The warranty does not cover:  

   - Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.  

   - Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.  

   - Digital items and items explicitly marked as non-warrantied on the product page or website.  

 

4. Procedure for Warranty Claims  

   To make a claim under this warranty:  

   - Contact .Chewy.'s Customer Support team Via Email.  

   - Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.  

   - Upon approval, the product will either be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on the circumstances.  

 

5. Conditions:  

   - Claims must be made within the warranty period (1 year from the purchase date).  

   - .Chewy. reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under the warranty terms.
